DOBE ran a protected owner test with no historical organized example. All 560 rows were handled through 183 grouped patterns and returned in one two-sheet review workbook, with uncertain items kept visible for owner or accountant review. This was not a client production run.
01
The Problem
A long transaction export is easy to download and slow to organize.
Without a trusted historical example, the system could not honestly treat its suggested mappings as final bookkeeping.
The proof needed to cover every row, label the basis of each suggestion, and separate ordinary review from questions that belong with an accountant.
02
What DOBE Built
DOBE built a private upload-to-review path that groups repeated transaction patterns, proposes provisional mappings, and validates row coverage before returning the result.
Every mapping in this proof was visibly labeled as AI-inferred because no historical organized example was supplied.
The only result was one workbook with two sheets: Mapped Transactions and Mapping Summary.
03
How It Works
- 01One protected owner-test spreadsheet entered the workflow.
- 02All 560 rows were grouped into 183 repeated classification patterns.
- 03The system proposed provisional mappings and kept the source of each suggestion visible.
- 04Coverage and output shape were validated before delivery.
- 05One review workbook was produced with mapped rows and a summary sheet.
- 06Items were separated into organized, owner-review, and accountant-review queues.
04
Why It Matters
The workflow does not hide uncertainty. It organizes the ordinary patterns while keeping exceptions in front of the people who should decide them.
That makes the output useful for review without calling AI suggestions finalized books or tax advice.
05
Result
The owner test handled 560 of 560 rows: 453 were organized, 103 were held for owner review, and 4 were held for accountant review.
It used no bank access, no email access, and no QuickBooks access or writes. It did not produce finalized bookkeeping or tax advice.
It was delivered only to Tanner for verification and was not a client production run.
06
The Boundary: Organized For Review, Not Finalized Books
This proof shows coverage, grouping, review routing, and a usable workbook shape. It does not prove accuracy against a business's final accounting standard without approved examples and review.
Anything uncertain stays visible, and accountant questions stay with the accountant.
