1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DOBE.dev and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services Description

DOBE.dev provides AI automation services including but not limited to:

  • AI Phone Receptionist setup and management
  • Custom website development with AI chatbot integration
  • AI Executive Assistant configuration
  • Business automation consulting and implementation

3. Payment Terms

  • Upfront Payment: All packages require an upfront payment as specified in your service agreement.
  • Monthly Fees: Ongoing monthly fees are billed on the same date each month following initial setup.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will continue working until you are. No refunds are provided for completed work.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information for AI training and setup
  • Respond to requests for information within reasonable timeframes
  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials we provide
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide (logos, text, images, business information).
  • Our Work: Upon full payment, you own the custom website, AI configurations, and automations we create for you.
  • Our Tools: We retain ownership of our proprietary systems, methodologies, and tools used to deliver services.

6. Service Level

We strive to deliver all projects within the stated timeframe (typically 7 days for initial setup). Delays may occur due to:

  • Client delays in providing required information
  • Scope changes requested by the client
  • Technical issues with third-party services

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (AI providers, hosting services, phone systems). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of these third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

DOBE.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice.
  • We may terminate services immediately for non-payment or violation of these terms.
  • Upon termination, you will receive access to all completed work and assets.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
