The job

Same business.
A better way through it.

Before

The useful sales history already existed, but finding the right customer, last order, timing, and representative required digging through exports and old records.

What DOBE built

DOBE installed the workflow on a dedicated client MacBook and connected it to the approved customer exports and mail path.

One recorded Outlook run on September 8, 2026 took 2m 54s from runner start to finish. Draft preparation only; human review and sending excluded.

What came out

The verified client system supported a repeatable customer follow-up rhythm from current business records.

The Gmail draft path, fact checks, human review line, and dashboard visibility were verified. Current unattended schedule operation is not claimed.

A separate September 8, 2026 Outlook run recorded five verified follow-up drafts in 2 minutes 54 seconds from runner start to finish. Human review and sending are outside that interval.

Why it matters

The useful part is not AI writing an email. It is the system finding the right account, grounding the message in real history, and keeping questionable facts out of the draft.

A dated run, with a defined finish line

The September 8 archived tracking and provider-ID readback records five verified Outlook drafts. The completion marker arrived at 2m 36s; the conservative full runner interval was 2m 54s.

This later Outlook run is separate from the earlier Gmail evidence and the 395+ tracked-draft floor. It is one historical result, not a claim that every run takes the same time or that the customer messages were sent.

The Approval Line: AI prepares, a person sends

The system can find the opportunity, assemble the context, and prepare the first draft. A person still decides whether the message is right and whether it should be sent.

That boundary keeps the workflow useful without making customer communication unaccountable.
